Reporting Damage and loss:
All damage must be marked on B/L when shipment is received. Any claims for shortages or damages must be filed within fifteen (15) days or the carrier will not be liable.
Documentation Required:
Claims must be supported by the following types of documentation, among others:
1. A copy of the initial receipt or bill of shipment
2. Evidence of the goods' worth, such as purchase orders, invoices, etc.
3. A thorough explanation and pictures of the damage.
